We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your test. We aim to accommodate these changes as much as possible while maintaining fairness and efficiency in our operations.
If you cancel your test more than 24 hours before the scheduled test time, you are eligible for a full refund. Please note that the time is calculated based on the local time of the test center.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your test registration details and reason for cancellation. Once we have confirmed that your cancellation request was made more than 24 hours before the test, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original form of payment.
Please note that if a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled test time, no refund will be issued. This policy is in place to ensure that we can manage our test schedules and accommodate other test-takers effectively.
